Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar and roll the dough into a spiral, starting from the opposite end of the unbuttered strip.

6. Cut the dough into even pieces approximately 1 1/2 inches long. You can use dental floss or a sharp knife to make the cuts.

7. Place the rolls cut-side-up in a baking dish and let them rest in a warm place for around 40 minutes to allow for a final rise. Make the glaze while the rolls are rising or during the bake.

8. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake the rolls for 28-30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. If they begin to get too brown at the 20-minute mark, cover them loosely with foil and continue baking.
