Dough for yeast buns

1. In a small pot over low heat, melt vegan butter and set it aside.

2. In a larger bowl, pour boiling water, cold oat milk, and sugar. Mix everything well. Once the ingredients are combined, add the yeast and mix thoroughly.

3. Gradually add flour, salt, and melted butter to the mixture. Mix everything well and transfer the dough to a surface dusted with flour.

4. After kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and uniform, place it in a larger bowl greased with oil and let it rest in a warm place for about 1 hour to allow the dough for cinnamon rolls to rise.

Filling of yeast buns with apples

1. Melt vegan butter over low heat and set it aside.

2. In the next bowl, mix sugar with cinnamon.

3. Grate two peeled apples finely.
4. Peel the remaining two apples and cut them into cubes.
5. Knead the cinnamon roll dough and roll it out into a rectangular shape.
6. Evenly spread the melted butter on the dough, sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, distribute the grated apples over the entire surface, and place the sliced apple cubes on top.
