How to make blueberry muffins?

Ingredients

For the Muffins:
  • 2 ½ cup all-purpose flour 300g
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 4 oz butter 113g, unsalted, melted
  • 1 cup whole milk 240ml
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar 170g
  • 1/4 cup sour cream 60ml, optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice 60ml
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1/2 tsp culinary lavender optional
 
For the Reduction:
  • 1 cup blueberries 150g
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
 
For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup Confectioner’s sugar
