- 500 g flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Cooking time - 20 min.
- Waiting time - 2 h
- Cooking time - 12 min.
- It will take time - 2 h 32 min.
- You will bake 2 full tins of Christmas cookies

2. Take the pot off the stove. Incorporate one egg at a time into the mixture while stirring. Slowly introduce the flour, along with the baking powder and salt. Knead until the cookie dough achieves a smooth and consistent texture.
3. Wrap the kneaded dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
4. Place parchment paper on baking trays.

6. Transfer the cooled cookie dough onto a floured rolling board, sprinkle with flour, and roll it out. Use your chosen Christmas cookie cutters to press shapes into the rolled dough.
7. Arrange the Christmas cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for approximately 12 minutes or until they achieve a golden-brown hue.
8. Allow the freshly baked cookies to cool in the tin, then commence decorating with your preferred ornaments.
