2. In a small pot over low heat, melt vegan butter and set it aside to cool slightly.

3. After the yeast has foamed, use an electric mixer on low speed to gradually add the remaining sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Add about 130g of flour and mix until the ingredients are well combined.

4. Add salt and the remaining flour to the mixture. When it becomes challenging to mix, transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic, yet slightly sticky to the touch. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle in a few tablespoons of flour and continue kneading. The goal is for the dough to be slightly sticky. Keep in mind that for better results, it’s preferable to have a slightly more moist dough.

5. After kneading the vegan cinnamon roll dough, place it in a larger bowl greased with oil and let it rest in a warm place for about 2 hours or until the dough doubles in size. You can also coat the dough with a bit of oil to make it more elastic and less sticky to your

1. In a small pot over low heat, melt vegan butter and set it aside for further use.

2. In another bowl, mix frozen blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and finely grated lemon zest. Return the mixture to the freezer for further use until ready to be added to the vegan cinnamon roll dough.

To Assemble the Rolls:

1. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface, knead it, and roll it out into a rectangular shape.
